- Symptoms of heat stroke - increased heart rate, flush skin tone, loss of sweat, cool clammy skin.
- If you observe any of these symptoms seek medical attention immediately.
Stay Hydrated
- Stay hydrated to help avoid heat illness
- consume at least 8oz. of water per hour. (not soda's, or concentrated juices)
